The March 30, 1944 meeting of Erste Yedinitzer was a very important meeting as it established that the membership or at least the Board felt a need to partially distance itself from the IOBA and as a result create a separate Association without totally dissolving its ties to the IOBA.   Immediately following the Minutes are the Resolutions referred to.
